Delivery Fotodiox makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Central Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No order will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Delivery of Overnight (Red Label) and 2 Day (Blue Label) Orders: Orders placed on our site with a request of overnight or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
Shipping Charges: We offer a flat $4.95 rate shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are based on weight; it is as low as $6.95. All prices on the website are shown in US dollars and shipping rates are added to the total. Illinois resident will also pay 7.5% in sales tax.
Our Return / Exchange Policy: For the first 14 days of your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund (excluding any shipping charges) or exchange. You are responsible for shipping charge to ship to us.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturers labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package. Please ship your parcel back to Fotodiox freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Payment Information: Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Please provide us the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information would include the following: Name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address then please provide us the telephone number of the shipping address.
Check/Money Order: If you would like to pay by check. Please print out your order (as instructed on the site at closing of order) and mail it to us with a check enclosed. We will process your order immediately if you send us a bank check or a certified check. Personal & business checks take a week to clear.
Paypal: If you have a paypal account, and wish to pay by paypal, you can do so by selecting the paypal method. And we will redirect you paypal website for payment.
Product Warranties:
All products carry 90 day Warranty from Fotodiox. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. |
